On the 6th of July, we have participated in the Fashion Exchange organised by Enterprise Nation in London. This was the occasion to meet retail buyers, entrepreneurs and experts from the fashion industry in the UK.

1- Build your brand story: know your audience, be clear, be compelling.

2- Find your signature: how do you stand out from the competition ?

3- Niche market: do not underestimate it, it can be a good starting point : go narrow then wide.

4- The hub: make your website a destination, create a website that expresses something about who you are.

5- The eco-system: diversify your communication media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, blog, ads, events. They should work hand in hand with your website).

6- Pivot: Be aware the times and seasons in your business.
